Accumulating polyurethane foam waste is shredded in-house and processed in a special procedure to a new material the composite foam EsCoBis®.

Similar to our recycled composite foam EsCoBis®, the colour of Redi Z can sometimes be relatively bright. However, we are able to influence this depending on customer requirements.

The processing of cross-linked PE foam regularly produces offcuts. Dimer does not dispose of this waste, but recycles it in-house and processes it into new packaging or products.
By reprocessing the waste, we obtain a raw material that has similar material values to the original raw material.
