EsCoBis®

Recycled composite foam, 100 % recycled, mixed colours

Our composite foam EsCoBis® consists of fully recycled PUR foam.
Accumulating polyurethane foam waste is shredded in-house and processed in a special procedure to a new material the composite foam EsCoBis®.

The following properties characterize this product:

  • Extremely high strength
  • Good shock absorption
  • Good damping properties
  • Color: mixed
EsCoBis®

Redi Z

Recycled foam made from 100 % recycled cross-linked PE foam
mixed colours

We use an innovative production process to manufacture this new raw material from our cross-linked PE foam production waste.
Redi Z can be used for box inserts, case inserts, packaging inserts and top and intermediate layers.

Similar to our recycled composite foam EsCoBis®, the colour of Redi Z can sometimes be relatively bright. However, we are able to influence this depending on customer requirements.

Redi L

Recycled foam made from 100 % recycled cross-linked PE foam
Single-coloured or mixed colours

The processing of cross-linked PE foam regularly produces offcuts. Dimer does not dispose of this waste, but recycles it in-house and processes it into new packaging or products.
By reprocessing the waste, we obtain a raw material that has similar material values to the original raw material.
Redi L is available in a single colour or mixed colours.
